Abu Dhabi, UAE, 27 November 2008:- Arkan Building Materials Arkan Building Materials PJSC of Abu Dhabi and Urbina SA of Spain have incorporated a new joint venture company to supply scaffolding and related products to the Gulf region.

Unisys Corporation, an Australian information technology services provider, has announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Unisys Australia, has purchased from HBOS Australia subsidiary BankWest a 49% ownership interest in the joint venture Unisys West. The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
