Stetson Oil & Gas has agreed to assume the interest of Vast Exploration Inc. (”Vast”) in a joint venture arrangement with Samson Oil and Gas Inc. (”SOGI”) in SE Saskatchewan (the “SamVast JV”). Stetson will be the operator of the joint venture and will have a 50% working interest.
