LONDON — HSBC Holdings PLC. said the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Ltd. has agreed to transfer its merchant card processing services in the Philippines into the Asia-Pacific joint venture it runs with Global Payments Inc. unit Global Payments Asia-Pacific Ltd.
