Sellers noticed on Tuesday that payments made through PayPal to eBay for their seller fees were showing up as “unclaimed.” eBay acknowledged the problem on the System Announcement Board early Wednesday morning, and warned sellers not to submit a second payment, since that might result in overpayment of the seller’s eBay fees.
