PRAGUE. DECEMBER 28. INTERFAX CENTRAL EUROPE - Moscow-based appeals court upheld a preliminary injunction Wednesday against a capital increase at Russian insurer Ingosstrakh that would have diluted Czech- owned private equity group PPF Investments (PPFI) stake in the company, Czech daily Mlada fronta Dnes (MfD) reported Friday.
